- Question: How do I request a custom creation or a specific Camera Bird?
- Answer: Simply use our Contact page! Let me know your color preferences and if you want a standard or glow-in-the-dark camera head. I will check my current fabric stash and email you photos of available options before we finalize your custom adoption.
- Question: What materials are used, and how do I clean my creature?
- Answer: My creatures are mixed-media sculptures built using 3D-printed PLA plastic skeletons and upcycled fabrics (like vintage tweeds and wool). They are art pieces, not toys, so please keep them indoors and away from moisture. If they collect dust over time, a gentle wipe with a dry microfiber cloth or a soft paintbrush will clean them right up.
- Question: When will my creature ship?
- Answer: Ready-made items from our monthly drops ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders or commissioned Camera Birds typically take 2–3 weeks to print, stitch, and assemble. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your box leaves the studio.
- Question: Do you ship outside of the United States?
- Answer: (Choose the option that fits your current business setup):
- Option A: Yes! International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note that buyers are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes.
- Option B: Currently, our creatures only ship within the United States, but we hope to open up international adoptions in the future!
